WILLIAM A. RADKEY was born in Pana, Illinois, in 1950. He was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 1979. Mr. Radkey attended the University of Illinois receiving his B.A. in 1972 and his Juris Doctorate in 1977. Prior to his joining the firm in June of 1983, Mr. Radkey was Legal Counsel to the Illinois Department of Public Health from 1979-1983. He is a member of the Sangamon County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and the National Health Lawyers Association. Mr. Radkey concentrates his practice to the areas of Health Care Law, Administrative Law and General Law.
