The Firm

The firm which is now Stratton, Giganti, Stone, Moran & Radkey was founded in 1980 by Bruce Stratton and Steve Nardulli, who was one of the principal partners until his appointment to the Circuit Bench. Over the years we have had added new partners and others have departed to found firms of their own, join other firms, join major business organizations, or assume public offices.

Today some of the members of the firm represent individuals in the whole range of legal issues most people encounter during their lives, like adoption, real estate, domestic, financial, probate, and similar matters. Other members of the firm tend to concentrate their practices in the representation of institutional clients such as health care providers, units of government, educational institutions, religious orders, and business and not for profit corporations in regulatory, employment, labor, business formation and franchise matters.

The members of the firm are personal friends as well as professional colleagues, which means that they work well in the collaborative efforts that are many times required in order to bring all of the resources to bear on the problems of our clients.

Our partners are also active in all kinds of civic, fraternal, charitable, religious, and similar community organizations which, we believe, gives them a real world perspective on the wide variety of legal issues we encounter.

We believe that our competence, responsiveness, experience, and personal attention to the details of each client's business is responsible for the many very long term relationships we enjoy with our clients. Many of those clients are listed in the section which follows:
